Schwarzenegger proposes new round of home buyer tax credits

FHA has announced the waiver of their infamous 90 day flipping rule which has put an unnecessary restriction on the resale of foreclosed properties.
The announcement states that the restriction is lifted as of February 1st, 2010 (click here for full copy). As usual there are some rules and restrictions that go along with the waiver. The attached announcement details these rules.
This should open up a significant number of properties to new first time homebuyers and add a needed boost to our market.
